British Canoeing Awarding Body is delighted to share new Freestyle videos in order to support those getting started in Freestyle, as well as coaches and aspirant coaches who want to show other people what you can do in a Freestyle boat.
Lowri Davies, Freestyle Technical Chair, explores the fundamentals of freestyle, including introducing kit, key themes and a range of skills from backstab, double pump and a cartwheel.
These videos are useful if you are back to your pool sessions or can be used in any flat water environment.
