Athlete Development Framework: Physical Preparation Stages 2 and 3 Video Playlist


British Canoeing Awarding Body have worked with the English Institute of Sport to create this set of supporting videos for paddlers. In this series, athletes Ieuan James and Deborah Kerr get involved to demonstrate 8 primary movement patterns, from squats to hinge exercises, as well as some common mistakes and corrections. 

These videos are designed to support Physical Preparation at stages 2 & 3 of the Athlete Development Framework for Sprint and Paracanoe and What it Takes to Progress for Slalom, but are available and useful to all paddlers.
